Definitions
- Continuous Improvement: A formal, cyclical series of steps designed to enhance processes and outcomes for participants and stakeholders by identifying improvement opportunities, analysing data, and evaluating changes.
- Internal Auditing: An independent review to ensure the quality management system’s effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Corrective Action: A management-created plan or measure to address and resolve a non-conformance.
- Performance Measures (Indicators): Numerical evaluations of the provider’s performance (e.g., number of participants served, satisfaction rates, efficiency metrics).
